Office Assistant / Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and energetic administrator for the part-time role of Office Assistant / Receptionist. You will be a ‘people person’, who relishes a varied workload, with sound office experience. See below for terms and to download a full job description.

CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave
July 2019 to August 20

HOURS: Part-time, 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Wednesday

SALARY: £22,500 per annum FTE (£13,500 per annum pro-rata)

Finance Trustee
Board of Trustees

We are seeking a new Trustee to join the Board and support the work of the Finance Director and the Board’s Finance and Premises Committee in managing the School’s financial and regulatory responsibilities. S/he will be/have been a Chartered Accountant with experience of accounts preparation and some knowledge of charity accounting.

Board meetings take place three times a year, in March, June and October. The three Committees which monitor the School’s affairs – Finance and Premises, Risk and Audit, and HR – meet at the same times of year, just prior to Board meetings.
