We currently have a number of exciting vacancies in our  Finance, Marketing and Communications, and Academic departments.

Head of Marketing – Part-time (0.6 FTE)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing, who will work closely with, and report into, the Head of Development & Communications, to deliver the key objectives of the School. They will drive a multi-channel marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital and social media, to ensure the continuous visibility and profile of the School.  They will work closely with the Principal & Artistic Director, Performances & Events Manager, Head of Participation, Outreach & WP, Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees. The post-holder will be supported by the full-time Marketing & Development Officer.

Learning Resources & Academic Support Coordinator – Part-time (0.4 FTE)

We are seeking an experienced Learning Resources and Academic Support Coordinator to maintain and develop the Rambert School Library and the physical and virtual learning resources. The post-holder will also support student learning through the provision of research and study skills.

Finance Manager – Part-time (0.6 FTE)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to effectively and proactively manage all aspects of the finance department, reporting in to the Chief Operating Officer. The post holder plays a key role in providing a professional image of the school at all times, both externally and internally.

Finance Trustee

We are seeking a new Trustee to join the Board and support the work of the Finance Director and the Board’s Finance and Premises Committee in managing the School’s financial and regulatory responsibilities. S/he will be/have been a Chartered Accountant with experience of accounts preparation and some knowledge of charity accounting.

Board meetings take place three times a year, in March, June and October. The three Committees which monitor the School’s affairs – Finance and Premises, Risk and Audit, and HR – meet at the same times of year, just prior to Board meetings.
