Reflections on our Summer School

As the Autumn Term begins, we are reflecting on the success of our UK and International Summer Schools, where we welcomed over 400 participants from the UK and overseas.

With a teaching faculty including Rambert School staff and guest teachers from across the world, students experienced a wide range of opportunities, and were able delve into different ballet, contemporary and creative techniques giving them an insight into what it is like to train as a Rambert School student. Each course ended with an opportunity to perform and share their work with their peers and families.

This year we expanded our courses to include a primary course for children age 7 – 10 years and our first international summer course in Italy.

Our Summer Courses aim to go beyond providing high quality dance classes and workshops. They are about cultivating and nurturing an environment where creativity can thrive. The feedback we received from the participants is testament to this:
